The mall alternative has begun its own “fashion for the masses” campaign, partnering with cult designers like Geren Ford and Charlotte Ronson to create secondary collections sold exclusively in Urban Outfitters stores and on their site.
And in mid-September, lines from Spring & Clifton and Grey Ant will be filling the racks at Urban Outfitters near you.
The best part, like Target’s GO International, is that the prices are reduced but the designer details are not. Single items are priced between $50 and $120; still pricey but nowhere near the dollars commanded by these designers' primary lines.
