What I Can't Stop Wearing This Summer: Old Navy Safari Shift Dress

What: Old Navy Safari Shift Dress ($9, was $29.50)

I'll admit, if you peek into my closet lately you'd think I was perpetually on my way to a funeral. I love the color black – even in the dead heat of summer. To me, it's eternally chic, flattering, and simple to accessorize. So when I came across this black Safari Shift Dress at Old Navy at the beginning of the summer, I knew immediately it would be a staple in my summer fashion repertoire. Although I paid full price (which is still a bargain), I've definitely gotten my money's worth, having worn this frock to work, out to drinks, and out to play on the weekends – enough so that my friends are beginning to wonder if I've burned the rest of my wardrobe. To me, it's the perfect summer dress. And unless it unravels, I shall be pairing it with tights come September.
