Spring usually has us reaching for our florals and pastels, but this year’s runways are showcasing a delightfully color-free trend and we’re loving it. Designers from Proenza Schouler, to Prada, to Chanel are showcasing a mod, 60s throwback, black and white print that gives a whole new meaning to the phrase “power clashing.” Most notably, Prada gave a nod to Andy Warhol with black and white flower sweaters, Proenza showcased dresses and skirts in abstract, geometric black and white, Louis Vuitton’s standout pieces included sequined, checker board print separates, Celine presented a mesh black dress with structured white inserts, and Chanel came out with the most interesting piece of all–a massive, black and white classic quilted bag–built into a hula hoop.

To try this trend for yourself, you don’t have to wait for spring collections to hit the stores–Tibi, Diane Von Furstenberg, Chloe, Alice + Olivia and more are selling them now. To see our favorites, just browse the slideshow.

Check out other trends we’re loving: crop tops, graphic tees, and ombre jeans.
