Zulily Surprises Customer With An Expected And Amazing Return Policy

We are officially in love with Zulily!
Customer Kelly Blue Kinkel ordered a coat online and realized immediately that it wasn’t going to work for her. Kinkel wrote on Facebook (in a post that has been shared nearly 40,000 times now!), “When I received my order, I could see through the packaging that the coat material wasn’t going to work well with the two breeds of dogs we have. Coarse dog hair and certain materials don’t mix.” It happens!
When Kinkel called customer service, the employee she spoke with was super accommodating and told her that he’d refund her money immediately. Kinkel then asked how she should go about sending the item back. This is what he told her: “Please don’t send it back. If you know someone who needs a winter coat or if you would like to donate it to a charity, that would make us very happy.”
