Just when you thought you had your iPhone figured out, someone comes along and provides fun hacks and tips to help you make even more out of your user experience. A great iPhone hack can truly lighten your burdens in life and make so many aspects of living more convenient. And once you discover these seven hidden apps, you’ll wonder how you lived without them. Get ready to take your iPhone usage to another level.

Use It As an Apple TV Remote

Lost your TV remote again? No worries: your iPhone actually steps in to fulfill this job for you. But first you’ll have to set this up. Open the Control; Center, tap Apple TV Remote, tap on your Apple or smart TV from that list, follow instructions to enter a four-digit passcode into your iPhone or iPad.

Scan Codes

You don’t need a separate app to scan QR codes. There’s a code scanner available through your iPhone’s Camera app. This allows you to scan any QR code and pull up a website in your browser.

Access a Field Test

How cool is this hack: you can access a field test by typing the code *3001#12345#* into your iPhone and then hitting the call button.

Print From Your iPhone

It’s no necessary to email documents from your phone to your laptop just so you can print them. Instead, select “print” when you have a document or image up on your iPhone screen. The Print Center is also available from the App Switcher if you have a print job lined up.

Make Your iPhone Work Double Duty As An Activity Tracker

How great would it be to continue to track your activity metric even when you leave your fitness tracker at home? You can do this via your iPhone’s Health app. It can track the number of steps you’ve taken with your iPhone that day to keep you on track.

Use The Hidden Caps Key

You know those times when you want to emphasize a word by writing in all caps, but holding onto the shift button for every single letter is a pain? You can get around this by using the hidden caps key. Double-tap the shift key and it will lock in place.

Turn On Your Phone’s White Noise Feature

You don’t need a separate white noise machine to help lull you to sleep: your iPhone can handle that task. Head over to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and then toggle on Background Sounds.

Your iPhone truly is a one-stop-shop for so many features, including those that help you relax, make work more efficient, and keep track of your steps.
