Angelina Jolie And Salma Hayek Turn Heads With Their Classy Style For An Event At Atelier Jolie Store: ‘Friendship Goals’

Salma Hayek and Angelina Jolie have been serving major friendship goals this summer!
The A-list duo was seen together at Atelier Jolie—Angelina’s fashion space—on May 14, where Salma showed up to support her close friend at the event. The Frida alum looked effortlessly stylish in a sleek navy suit for the occasion.
The outfit included a tailored blazer with structured details, gold buttons, and a thick leather belt cinching the waist. She paired it with coordinating wide-leg trousers and carried a leather purse draped over her arm.
Her hair was styled in a sleek center part, and she finished the look with a soft berry-toned lip.
The mother of six stayed true to her signature all-black style, wearing a flowy black midi dress with sheer short sleeves and a draped shawl around her arms. She completed the look with classic black pumps, and her blonde hair was styled down in a soft side part. Fans on social media called them “friendship goals!”
Salma had a blast at the event as she detailed the activities in her Instagram caption: “Last week I visited @angelinajolie’s @atelierjolieofficial to attend the launch of @ozwald_boateng’s new residency! Featuring a powerful talk about Ozwald’s use of African textiles and his early inspirations. I also had a blast creating my own scent with @every.human’s @algorithmicperfumery machine.”
Last month, the two were spotted boarding a commercial flight in Mexico City, sparking buzz online after a video of the moment went viral. The two actresses kept it low-key as they chatted casually on the jet bridge en route to Veracruz.
Their low-key friendship isn’t new! In 2021, Hayek and Jolie shared the screen in The Eternals, and last year, Salma took the lead in Jolie’s drama Without Blood.
The mother of one told People in 2024 that the pair “hang out sometimes with the kids, but also by ourselves…I always find it super inspiring. A friend was telling me, ‘It’s the same life whether you laugh or cry.’ And it’s nice to have a friend where you can laugh and cry… and feel always safe.”
“I was surprised, even though we are very close and stuff, but I was [surprised by] how warm and generous and kind [Angelina] was as a director to the actors. I felt like she was my motherly figure because she would come to the set and run it like a family. She was a very efficient mother, but she was also there emotionally every step of the way,” she added.
