Fans Are Convinced Anne Hathaway Got A Facelift After Looking ‘Incredible’ At A Recent Fashion Show: ‘Attained Through Surgery’

Internet Users Speculate That Anne Has Had A Facelift Or Other Kind Of Plastic Surgery

Since photos from the fashion show appeared on the internet, numerous internet users have shared their opinions on whether the Mothers' Instinct performer appears to have undergone a facelift or some other form of plastic surgery.

"These plastic surgeons are getting real good," responded an X user to a video of Hathaway in the fashion show audience.

One aesthetics doctor, Dr. Jonny Betteridge, made an Instagram video in response to the plastic surgery rumors surrounding Anne and decided to make a video breaking down what he suspects she may have had done to her face.

"Anne is the poster girl for refined beauty work where non-surgical meets surgical to enhance, not change, her natural features," he wrote in his caption.

Dr. Betteridge went on to explain that he feels the actress may have had Botox, a surgical brow lift, an upper blepharoplasty, lip filler, and "possibly" a deep plane face and neck lift.

While making his assessment, Dr. Betteridge points out a tiny scar near Anne's ear, which could be an indicator of some sort of facelift. He tipped his hat to Anne's team, stating that she was left with results that looked "beautiful" and "natural."

Other content creators, like dermatologist Janelle Vega, had a different reaction, writing in an Instagram post that Anne looks "drop-dead gorgeous" and is "tired" of people assuming that every celebrity in their late 30s and early 40s has received plastic surgery.

"I do not know what she had done, but I know that Anne Hathaway has looked absolutely gorgeous for many years, hasn’t had a lot of sun damage, and looks like she’s taken care of herself," wrote Dr. Vega.

"I don’t see any reason to assume this was surgical."

However, many Instagram users spoke out against what Vega wrote, stating in the comments section that there was "no way" Anne could look the way she does without some kind of cosmetic treatment.

"This was attained with surgery," wrote one user.

"We all know she's had work done," commented another.

While the 42-year-old has yet to acknowledge whether or not she's had some kind of plastic surgery procedure, for now, most can agree that if she did have something done, it's looking great on her.
