Kendall Jenner Wears a Cozy Sweatshirt for Podcast Appearance
During the hour-long podcast, the 818 Tequila mogul covered a wide range of topics, from dating and starting a family to her experiences filming Keeping Up With The Kardashians. However, it was her discussion about whether she has had plastic surgery that sent the internet into a frenzy.
“There’s a whole world on the internet that thinks I’ve had full facial reconstruction and whatever,” Jenner said on the podcast. “I’m not here to convince anyone, but I’m just here to tell you the truth, which is that I’ve never had any plastic surgery—on my face, nothing.”
The only cosmetic treatments she admitted to were “baby Botox” in her forehead and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), a procedure that uses a patient’s own blood to rejuvenate skin.
Regarding the Botox, the trendsetter explained, “I didn’t love it, and I don’t love it, my eyebrows are so straight and low to my eyes that I actually really enjoy the movement that I have.”

TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube are filled with doctors and aesthetic professionals breaking down what celebrities might have done to their faces with each red carpet appearance. Jenner expressed concern that this type of content could send the wrong message to young viewers, especially if the speculation is false.
“I think it’s actually really damaging what these doctors do online,” the reality star said. “I’ll see videos of me and professional, licensed doctors on Instagram or TikTok, and they’re doing a breakdown of all of the surgeries that I’ve had and all of the work that I’ve had done.”
Kendall added that she’s watched similar videos made about friends “that have never had those things done.”
“It can affect young people in such an interesting way because then they see that and they’re like, ‘Oh, my God, that’s what I have to do to look like that?'” Jenner continued. “And then they go rush and go do something silly, maybe at a young age … I think it’s really scary.”
One surgery the 30-year-old is frequently accused of having is a nose job. While Khloé has admitted to hers in the past, Kendall continues to shut down the speculation. “I will say, the nose job allegations I’ve gotten—I would believe them if I wasn’t me,” she confessed. “Like, I look at old photos of me, and I’m like, ‘Wait, it does look like I have a nose job.’”
As for how her nose looks more refined and slimmer, she explained, “I did Accutane for my acne, and there’s a theory on TikTok that Accutane shrinks your nose, and you guys, I swear to god, it’s true. I swear! Has no one seen this theory? Go on TikTok and look up Accutane.”
“This is a testament to what I’m trying to say—as I got older, I grew into my nose. Like, my nose did look wider; it did feel bigger on my face when I was younger. I swear to god on everything that I love, I’ve never had a nose job,” Jenner declared. “I love my nose, so I’m ok with it.”
