Michelle Obama Reveals She And Barack Go To Couples Therapy
Last week, sitting for the Call Her Daddy podcast with Alex Cooper, Michelle explained that she is a big proponent of therapy. "We've been in couples therapy," Michelle said of her and her husband. "I believe in the practice of having those conversations with objective people who help you piece through that stuff, and it’s a constant, it’s constant work."
She also added that there's no reason to be scared of therapy, saying, "we are ever-growing, evolving, improving."
"I’ve grown to know I don’t have control over him, just like he doesn’t have control over me," she continued. "So let me do my work and let him do our work and together we come together as whole people."
