Emma Heming Willis, who has been married to Bruce Willis since 2009 and shares daughters Mabel, 13, and Evelyn, 11, with him, has once again updated fans about his health following his dementia diagnosis.
During an emotional interview with Diane Sawyer for Good Morning America, Emma revealed that the Die Hard actor, 70, is still physically healthy, but is now becoming increasingly unable to communicate.
“Bruce is still very mobile. Bruce is in really great health overall, you know,” Heming Willis, 47, told Sawyer in an ABC special which aired earlier this week.
“It’s just his brain that is failing him. The language is going,” she shared, before noting some of the changes she and the rest of the family – which also includes his ex-wife Demi Moore, 62, and their three daughters, Rumer, 37, Scout, 34, and Tallulah, 31, – are making.
“We’ve learned to adapt and we have a way of communicating with him, which is just a different way,” she confessed.
