Christina Aguilera is seemingly living her best life at the moment. Not only does she appear to be aging in reverse, but she is not shy about flaunting her svelte and super-trim figure at every opportunity. And we’re not mad about it!

The 44-year-old “What a Girl Wants” singer previously told Health that she “hated being super skinny” during the early stages of her career, and then began “loving” her curves when she got a bit older.

She confessed at the time: “Entering this business, I hated being super skinny. Once I turned 21, I started filling out a little bit, and I was loving my new curves. I appreciated having a booty.” Now she is seemingly in the best shape of her life – so what are her secrets?!

Christina Aguilera's Strict Diet

Back in 2023, Hello! reported that the Burlesque actress followed a very strict diet known as the Rainbow Diet to lose weight and shed around 40-50 lbs. after giving birth to her children, which we imagine she still sticks to in order to maintain her trim physique. When she was losing weight, she reportedly limited her intake to just 1,600 calories a day, but she could possibly have upped that if she wants to maintain as opposed to lose weight.

According to reports, the Rainbow Diet involves eating a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables daily, with each color providing distinct nutrients and health benefits. On the days she would eat orange foods while following the Rainbow Diet, for example, the "Pa Mi Muchachas" singer would have carrots, sweet potatoes and pumpkin. Green food days, for instance, would contain foods like broccoli, cabbage, kale, spinach, and more.

Her approach wasn't just about what she included while she was losing weight, it was also about what she excluded. The "Dirrty" hitmaker reportedly avoided condiments and alcohol due to their minimal nutritional value.

Christina Aguilera's Fitness Routine

The Grammy-winning-artist worked hard to lose weight after giving birth to her two children – 16-year-old son Max and 10-year-old daughter Summer – with her personal trainer previously opening up about some of the grueling things they did to get back into shape.

"Christina does bicep curls with 15-pound dumbbells and chest presses with 20-pounder," her trainer Tee Sorge previously shared with Glamour, adding: "She knows they're not going to bulk her up. What they will do is help build lean muscle that kicks up your metabolism and make your body burn more calories each day – so you'll lose weight faster."

Sorge went on: "I throw in a minute or two of jumping rope, stair climbing, or boxing after every few toning moves Christina does to keep her heart rate up and really maximize the number of calories she burns." Seems like the combination of diet and exercise is working wonders, because Xtina has never looked better!
