First, Caitlin instructs you to enter Google and click on your account in the upper right corner of your screen. Next, click on the 'Results About You' page. If you can't find it, you can enter it via a Google search!

"Fill out your information you want tracked, wait for the results to come in, and review those results [to] verify validity," she adds. "Last, I request that you delete those results with your personal information."
