Demi Lovato’s Ex Won’t Stop Commenting On Her Instagram–Things Are Getting SO Bad!

Demi's latest bout of ex drama was in response to her monologue at the People's Choice Awards.

She said, "Don't get me wrong — it started out amazing! I performed at the Grammys and sang the national anthem at the Super Bowl. But then COVID hit, and everything shut down. So I did what everyone else did: I went into lockdown mode and got engaged."

She quipped that she later "got unengaged, then went looking for aliens in the desert."

Fans enjoyed the lighthearted joke, but not everyone was amused. Max Ehrich, the ex-fiancé in question, took to Instagram to express his frustration.

He commented on Demi's post, "stop talking about me on award shows. thanks."

He then commented again, "exploiting out breakup for clout at the PCA is not chill."

He later deleted the comments, but not before plenty of fans took screenshots of them (which sounds a lot like how he got in trouble in the first place).

People were quick to criticize the soap opera actor for his dramatic comments, especially since most of Demi's fans believe that he used the singer for his own "clout"--not to mention, he staged an emotional paparazzi photoshoot at the beach where he proposed.

Some fans took to Twitter to point out the irony, and their tweets are definitely worth seeing.  

Other fans rightfully pointed out that Demi had not mentioned his name at all during the award show, calling Ehrich "delusional" for trying to stir the pot.
