Kellier begins by chopping 3 green apples, half a bunch of celery, 1 lemon, and a chunk of ginger into pieces. She throws everything into a blender with a cup of water and blends it thoroughly for about a minute. Next, she strains the juice using a pitcher and a cloth strainer.
