Dunkin’ Adds 6 New Menu Items For Spring–Churro Lattes, Breakfast Empanadas & More

Dunkin’ just dropped a sneak peek of its new menu spring menu items, and if you weren’t wishing for spring already, you’ll sure be wishing for it once you see the new products. From churro lattes to breakfast empanadas, Dunkin’ is not messing around with its spring menu. Keep reading for all the details on the new additions.

Cinnamon lovers rejoice! Dunkin’ is launching new churro-flavored products, including a signature latte, available hot or iced, and a new donut. The latte combines smooth espresso with sweet cinnamon sugar, and is of course topped with caramel drizzled whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon sugar. If you’re not an espresso kind of person, don’t worry, because Dunkin’ is also offering a cinnamon vanilla coffee, which combined Dunkin’s original coffee and cream with cinnamon and vanilla flavors.

The churro donut of course pairs perfectly with either of the beverages. A deep-fried cake donut rolled in cinnamon sugar—what more could we ask for? Best served warm, the churro donut has that perfect gentle crunch exterior and delightfully cake-y interior.

Dunkin’ breakfast just got an upgrade: a breakfast empanada. It’s made with scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage, and melty cheddar cheese, all inside a buttery, flaky crust. Lucky customers who have already tried the new menu item have reported good things: “Dunkin’ Breakfast Empanada really go crazy,” one user wrote on X, formerly Twitter.

Joining the non-coffee caffeinated beverages trend, Dunkin’ is launching two flavors of iced energy drinks. The Dunkin’ website describes the drink, which comes in the flavors berry burst and peach sunshine, as a drink “that provides a revitalizing burst of energy, made with vitamins, minerals, and a kick of caffeine.” Yum!

Dunkin’ is trying its hand at a classic sweet treat: banana chocolate chip bread. Moist, chewy bread with semi-sweet chocolate chips generously sprinkled throughout, this is the perfect on-the-go breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up. The sweet bread is served prepackaged in order “to ensure a tender, moist crumb,” according to the Dunkin’ website.

On Feb. 29th, in celebration of Leap Year, Dunkin’ customers can get a $2 medium cinnamon vanilla coffee when they order on the Dunkin’ mobile app. Try out the other new menu items while you’re at it!
