Eva Mendes Praises Husband Ryan Gosling On Instagram
The 51-year-old Out of Time actress took to Instagram recently to credit her husband for making it his mission to give stunt performers the right praise and recognition in Hollywood, which he has been doing throughout the Fall Guy promo trail. And as a result of his tireless work, stunt work will now be officially recognized at the Academy Awards with a 'Best Stunt Design' category from 2027 onwards.
"My man is the F best!" the children’s book author wrote on Instagram on April 11th, alongside some pictures of Ryan campaigning, as well as pictures of him with his Fall Guy stuntmen and his co-star, Emily Blunt.
"Unfortunately, success is almost only measured by box office. So I'm extra proud of my man for turning his entire Fall Guy press tour into a campaign to get stunts recognized by the Oscars," the mom-of-two went on.
The Place Beyond the Pines actress continued to praise her husband and what he has achieved, adding: "Now after Almost 100 years of stunt design not being acknowledged by the Academy, it's officially a category! This is a HUGE success! And an achievement that will last. Congratulations to the incredible stunt community!"
The Stella McCartney model cheekily ended her post: "BTW, this is the last time I post a pic of my man and the total babe that is Emily Blunt. No más!"
