1. 6-Piece Chicken Nugget

In his aforementioned video, Coach Vini noted that "you can lose weight and eat fast food, but you're probably ordering the wrong things."

Firstly, he suggested trying the "six piece chicken nugget" order for "270 calories and 15 grams of protein." For the accompanying sauce, he chose the "honey mustard, which is about 80 calories."

2. Crispy Chicken Sandwich

Next, Vini recommended the Crisy Chicken Sandwich for "330 calories and 14 grams of protein." This meal features a succulent, lightly breaded chicken breast with a crispy coating, complemented by crunchy lettuce, juicy tomato, creamy Heinz mayonnaise, and just the right amount of pickles, all nestled in a toasted bun.

According to the coach, it’s beneficial for weight loss since it provides a substantial amount of protein. Protein aids in prolonging the feeling of fullness, thereby decreasing overall calorie consumption.   

3. Junior Cheeseburger

This next option is 290 calories and has 14 grams of protein, as Vini points out. Protein can keep you fuller for longer, allowing for a slower digestion rate compared to other macronutrients such as carbohydrates and fats. 

All in all, a Wendy's Jr. Cheeseburger offers a more modest portion with fewer calories than its bigger counterparts, as Vini explains.

4. Large Chili

Last but not least, Vini says that you can enjoy a Large Chili from Wendy's from time to time for "390 calories, 23 grams of protein, and 8 grams of fiber as well."

He says that "this is a great meal that you can get here, when it's low calorie and high protein." He continued, advising, "For your drinks, make sure you get water or diet soda."
