Losing weight is no easy feat, especially if you're trying to lose weight in a certain place. For some of us, we'd love to get rid of our lower back fat. Kale
Kale is low in calories, but high in protein, fiber and vital nutrients. Substituting kale for high-calorie foods will not only help you lose weight, but it will also help suppress your appetite. The dark leafy veggie is also loaded with isothiocyanates that amp up your body’s detoxifying properties to help with weight loss and fat loss.
Quinoa
Like salmon, quinoa is another great food for weight loss. It's high in protein and dietary fiber, which will help you feel fuller longer and avoid binging on unhealthy foods. It's also low in calories and will help you stay within your recommended daily calorie intake to lose fat.
Plain Greek Yogurt
If fat loss is your goal, you should try eating more yogurt. Plain Greek yogurt is low in calories and high in protein, which is excellent for weight and fat loss. Plus, it's loaded with probiotics that aid with digestion and improving gut health.
