Halle Berry Reveals She Is Engaged On 'The Tonight Show' & Flashes Her Ring
It's no secret that the 59-year-old actress is still looking fabulous these days, and now she's taking things to the next level with a new shiny engagement ring to show off!
Earlier this week, Halle was a guest on The Tonight Show to promote her upcoming thriller film, Crime 101, which will premiere next week on February 13th. While hearing about her new project was interesting, there was an even more exciting topic to discuss - her engagement to Van Hunt, her partner of six years.
While wearing a striking blue button-up blouse and a black leather skirt, she showed off her unique and special engagement ring, given to her by her new fiancé, which consisted of a round diamond in the center surrounded by a square grid of smaller diamonds, adding a sort of Art Deco element to it.

Halle Opens Up About Her Fiancé & Engagement
While talking about her engagement experience with the famous talk show host, the Monster's Ball actress became quite vulnerable about her and Van's story, revealing that they long had plans to get engaged but that she didn't feel the need to go through with it right away.
"There's some confusion that he asked me to marry him, and I said no, but that's not the case!" she explained. "I did not say no, we just don't have a date, but of course I said yes, I will marry him!"
Halle has been married three times before, but despite her divorces, she has opened up about how the singer-songwriter was truly the one for her. In a joint interview for TODAY last year, she said that while they didn't feel pressure to tie the knot right away, she wants to do it for the right reasons.
"I think we will get married just because, out of the people I've been married to, this is the person I should have married," she said. "And I feel like I should, we should get married, but it's not because we feel like we have to. I think it's something that we would like to do just because we want that expression."
Now that the pair is officially getting married, we'll be curious to see if Halle shares her wedding plans or potentially, her wedding dress with her fans. But for now, it looks like she's super happy just to officially be Van's future wife.
