Harry Styles fans have been begging the British pop star to go back on tour ever since his last one ended three years ago. What fans weren’t counting on, though, was the new hiked up prices of tickets. Shortly after the announcement of his upcoming album, Kiss All the Time. Disco Occasionally, Harry announced that he’s going on tour, too. His US dates include 30 shows at Madison Square Garden, but for many fans, tickets are unattainable, with prices in the thousands. Fury Over Harry Styles Ticket Prices
ABC reported that the cost of two tickets for one of the Madison Square Garden shows—not even at the VIP level—cost $1,532.80, which is a stretch for many Americans. In contrast, a ticket for one of the UK's Wembley Stadium shows costs 44.10 pounds, or $60.80. The 31-year-old singer has yet to respond to the backlash. While some looked to blame Ticketmaster for the high prices, the company was quick to inform that "tickets for this event have been priced in advance by the tour."
Styles was already under fire for choosing just one US city to perform in, and the outrageous prices only rubbed salt in the wounds. Even fans who were able to get through the Ticketmaster queue to buy tickets left empty handed, unable to justify spending thousands of dollars for a ticket alone, not including the cost of travel and lodging.

Social Media Reactions
Even Styles' former bandmate Zayn Malik joined in on the backlash, taking a moment during one of his Las Vegas residency shows to thank fans for showing up: "I just want to say a big, big thank you to each and every single one of you for being here with me tonight," the singer said. "You could have been anywhere, but you decided to spend your night with me." He then added a cheeky comment potentially in reference to Harry: "Hopefully, the ticket prices weren't too high."
Loyal fans too joined in on calling Harry "greedy" for his prices. "I fear there must be some miscommunication here," one person wrote. "$1,000 per ticket? Taking a breath costs $20 in the economy. Are you and I holding hands the entirety of the show? Because what do you mean?"
"The optimism and joy of a Harry Styles comeback just to be slapped in the face with insane tour ticket prices is genuinely a bit of a shock to the system, not to be dramatic," another comment reads.
"Harry Styles, you've changed," wrote another user.
