Deborra-Lee Furness was reportedly blindsided when she found out that ex-husband Hugh Jackman was dating his Music Man co-star Sutton Foster.
And now, it seems the tables have turned, as the Greatest Showman actor was reportedly a little shocked by the news thar this ex-wife, who he was married to for 27 years before filing for divorce, would be penning a memoir about their marriage.
Hugh Jackman Had Been 'Warned Early On' That A Memoir Could Be Coming
According to reports, the Deadpool & Wolverine actor had been "warned" that a tell-all book could very well be happening – although he had hoped that she wouldn't actually go through with it!
"Hugh had heard about Deb's plans but he didn't really know until she told him herself during their secret meet–up," an insider told Women's Daily.
"He'd been warned early on that almost every A-list divorcee is approached to write a book but part of him hoped Deb wouldn't take that fat publisher's cheque," they added.

What Do We Know About Deborra-Lee's Memoir?
Rumors of the Australian actress's memoir first came earlier this year. We still don't know how much she plans to reveal (will it be Prince Harry Spare levels of bombshell? We can't say for sure!) but reports claim it may chronicle her life with the X-Men star, including the happy moments of adopting and raising their children, Ava and Oscar, as well as her own journey post-divorce.
Insiders suggest the book isn't about revenge so much as a way for her "to find her voice, put herself first, and reignite her career." An insider, said to be a friend of hers, reportedly told journalist Rob Shuter: "She's reclaiming her voice. She spent years being known as Hugh's wife. Now she wants to be known for her truth."
We predict it's going to be a page-turner!
