The country singer recently posted a video of himself dancing around on stage at a show, allowing his fans and followers to get a good look at his latest weight loss progress. He’s reportedly hit the 200-pound mark, having started his health journey weighing over 500 pounds. Jelly Roll Flaunts His 200-Lb Weight Loss In A Viral Dancing Video
Aside from his talented singing voice and health journey, the “Save Me” vocalist, whose full name is Jason Bradley DeFord, is also known for his goofy sense of humor and isn’t afraid to post a silly photo or video now and then.
Last week, he posted an Instagram video that his fans quickly made viral, as not only was he being funny, but he was also purposefully flaunting his 200-lb weight loss. In the video, there’s a clip of some of his famous attire, including his oversized vest with his wife’s name on it, his black baseball cap, and his large bedazzled chain sitting on a chair.
Then, it cuts to a super slimmed-down Jason, busting a move on stage with a big smile on his face, dancing around and having a great time. It’s one of the first times his fans have gotten to see him move so freely, as he’s lost so much weight, he’s a lot lighter on his feet.
“They’re calling me veggie roll, y’all,” he wrote as the caption.

After the video of the Tennessee native was uploaded, it didn't take long for it to go viral and have numerous fans weighing in on how funny it was and how good the singer looked.
The 40-year-old has been working on his weight loss journey for a few years now, being very open about all the tips and tricks he's been using to shed the excess pounds. He's shared some of his favorite foods that his on-tour chef helps him make, has run in 5K events, and even revealed that he started his journey weighing 550 pounds and has lost an impressive 200.
Like most of his newer photos and videos, fans cheered his progress on in the comments section of his Instagram post, amazed by how far he's come.
