Jennifer Lawrence said goodbye to her blonde locks for her latest movie role. The 30-year-old actress is starring in Don’t Look Up, a satirical comedy about the apocalypse, and her character could not look more different than the A-lister we’re used to seeing.
Lawrence was spotted during the movie’s filming in New York this month, and although this is not the first time the actress has been caught with her new look, the drastic makeover has not become any less shocking over time! With bright red hair and harsh bangs, it’s no exaggeration to say Lawrence barely looks like herself. When in character, there are almost no traces of the Hollywood starlet.

Lawrence is appearing in the movie alongside an all-star cast, including Timothée Chalamet, Leonardo DiCaprio, Meryl Streep, Cate Blanchett, Himesh Patel, and Matthew Perry.
Although we don’t know the exact plot of the film yet, it’s looking like a romance between Lawrence and Chalamet’s characters is definitely in the cards.

As filming wraps up, it’s safe to say that the end of J-Law’s stint as a redhead is near. And although the actress can pull off anything (and this wig more than proves it), we can’t wait to see her return to that perfect honey-blonde shade she wears so well.
