Jonah Hill Flaunts His Latest Weight Loss On Set For 'Cut Off'
This year, the Superbad icon has been working on an exciting upcoming project, as he's currently in the middle of filming a movie he's both directing, co-writing, and starring in, called Cut Off. He plays a twin alongside Kristen Wiig, and the film will also reportedly star Cameron Diaz and Keanu Reeves.
It's been a little while since fans have seen him, as the actor's last movie that came out was in 2023, but it looks like he has some other projects in the works. On set for this film, in particular, he was rocking an entirely new look, consisting of a swoopy blonde wig and silly outfit. He was photographed earlier this month, preparing to film a scene, sporting a 70s-esque animal print turtleneck with light-wash denim blue jeans. In addition to his character's 'out there' look, the internet also couldn't get over how different he looked physically, as it appears that he's lost even more weight. Jonah first caught people's attention with his weight loss progress, which he opened up about in interviews a few years back, but now, he's practically unrecognizable.
Fans React To Jonah Hill's Weight Loss Progress On Social Media
Once the on-set pictures of the actor were shared online, social media users began to buzz, as the 41-year-old is looking slimmer than ever, practically to the point where his fans hardly recognize him.
Over the last few years, as he's lost more weight, Jonah has opened up about changing his lifestyle habits and how being in the spotlight since his younger years has had an impact on his health and self-esteem.
"I think everybody has a version of themselves," he once told Ellen DeGeneres. "At some point in your life, there's a person you're trying to kind of hide from the world. Even if you get success or you grow up or you become good-looking or whatever, the things that you think will fix the thing, you kind of carry some part of that with you."
Although it's been known for a while that he's been working on his health and his relationship with his body image, the public can't get over how he's gotten even thinner, and some have shown some concern, which they expressed after seeing his new filming pictures on Instagram.
"You're telling me that's Jonah Hill?" asked a fan, as another called him a "skinny legend."
"He looks so crazy different," commented an Instagram user.
"He's too thin," wrote another.
Some users speculated that the actor might be using weight loss or GLP-1 medications like Ozempic to slim down as much as he has. "Holy Ozempic, Batman," joked one user.
"Oh, Oh Ozempic," added another. "It shows."
While it's been a while since the 21 Jump Street performer has brought up his weight loss transformation after asking that the public lay off comments on his body, many fans and other internet users can't help but take notice, and wonder if he'll address his latest change.
