Hailey Bieber Could Get Conservatorship For Justin Bieber

According to legal expert Jamie Wright speaking to The US Sun, a conservatorship is not out of the question. "As a seasoned attorney," she explained, "I’ll say this bluntly: If Justin Bieber’s recent behavior is as troubling as reported amidst erratic social media posts, visible signs of impairment, and statements hinting at isolation and emotional instability, then YES, a conservatorship could be considered."

A conservatorship is a court-ordered plan when a specific person is appointed to manage the care and finances of another person who is deemed unable to manage these things on their own. Infamously, Britney Spears was put in a conservatorship by her father, Jamie Spears, which was terminated after 14 years in 2021.

Wright added that a conservatorship would definitely be a "legal nuclear option" and explained that either Hailey or Justin's mother, Pattie Mallette, would need a very strong case to bring the idea of a conservatorship into the question of Justin's care.

Social Media Reactions

Fans are pretty much all in agreement that Justin needs some form of help, but they're rather divided over what that help should look like. In the comment section of a TikTok explaining the development, fans shared their thoughts. "Conservatorship should NEVER BE ALLOWED," one person wrote. "Not after what happened with Britany."

"Man. He needs help, yes," another person agreed. "But away from eyes and ears. Not to be controlled. For real."

"Somebody save this man I'm so serious," a third posted.

"Conservatorships are always about the money," a final fan mused. "This is insane and should not happen! They can get him help without being in control of his money."
