Royal Fans React To Kate Middleton Apologizing To Prince William In Viral Clip: ‘Everything She Does Is So Elegant’

Kate Middleton and Prince William are the picture of royal professionalism, but every now and again fans are treated to a moment or two of PDA from the adoring couple. Though joint public appearances aren’t always on the calendar, leaving many fans to reminisce on some of their sweet moments in resurfaced videos from earlier in their relationship.

The most recent viral video that has caught fans’ eyes is one without much context, but totally an adorable moment. In it, a younger Kate apologizes to a younger William, and though it’s unclear why, it’s clearly a sweet moment.

In the video, which was posted to TikTok by user @MrsMiddletonX, Kate and William appear to be in some sort of harbor, on dry land in front of some massive sailboats. The cameraperson stands behind Prince William, who’s wearing a blue checked button down with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and a navy baseball cap. Kate, looking as on-theme as ever, is wearing a pair of navy pants and a nautical-looking fitted long-sleeve shirt with blue stripes.

As they approach from opposing sides, Kate shakes hands with a man in uniform, and though there’s music playing over the original audio of the clip, based on William’s body language, he appears to jokingly chide Kate for not greeting him first, to which she responds by grabbing his hands and laughing happily. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry!” she says with a smile.
