Despite navigating a split from Orlando Bloom and a busy tour schedule, Katy Perry made a stylish appearance at the Balenciaga Haute Couture F/W 2025/2026 show during Paris Fashion Week.
On July 9, the singer stepped out for the Balenciaga haute couture show in Paris wearing a striking black double-breasted minidress. The structured blazer-inspired piece featured an off-the-shoulder neckline and a plunging front. She completed the look with playful black pumps and clear-framed glasses.

Her dark hair was pulled back into a sleek side-parted bun, accented by a soft fringe that framed one side of her face.
Balenciaga is known for its edgy, dystopian, and avant-garde aesthetic—and Perry fully embraced the theme. However, many fans couldn't help but note that she appeared 'miserable,' likely because of her current personal life.
"Does she have a stylist?! Or did she just roll out of bed?" asked one fan. "She looks ill," noted someone else. "She looks sad," commented another user. "Wow. She looks miserable. Bless her heart," wrote one person.
Someone else bluntly said, "She does not look happier since the split with Orlando. She needs to revisit the idea of working on the relationship."

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom Split After Nine Years
Her outing comes after the actor attended the wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez solo, while the former American Idol judge was busy on tour in Australia.
On July 3rd, the former couple released a joint statement regarding their split.
“Due to the abundance of recent interest and conversation surrounding Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry’s relationship, representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on coparenting,” representatives for the former couple shared in a joint statement to Page Six on Thursday.
“They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is—and always will be—raising their daughter with love, stability, and mutual respect.”
