Katy Perry showed off her toned physique in a striking new Instagram post, amid her ongoing legal dispute with an 85-year-old disabled veteran.
On November 15, the singer dazzled in a silver, disco-ball–inspired strapless mini dress featuring a sweetheart neckline, paired with sleek black heels. The photos were taken during her final European show on her tour.

The carousel post captured the mother of one having fun with her crew, including lying on a lunch table while everyone ate, tossing a banana across the table, and even giving someone a tattoo.
Perry has been making headlines for a variety of reasons lately. Her latest album underperformed, her spaceflight adventure with bestie Lauren Sanchez faced heavy criticism, her split from Orlando Bloom grabbed attention, and most recently, she’s been in the news for reportedly dating former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
Despite all this, she’s still involved in an ongoing legal battle with an 85-year-old disabled veteran over a long-standing property dispute.
According to court documents filed on November 21, Katy is now seeking $5 million to cover alleged damages caused by Carl Westcott’s prolonged litigation over the property sale.

Most recently, on Tuesday, a judge awarded Perry $2M, calculated by subtracting the value of retained capital and Westcott’s lost interest from the rental income the property generated during the delayed closing period.
In 2020, Perry and ex-partner Orlando Bloom purchased a $15M mansion from Westcott. Soon after, Westcott attempted to back out of the deal, claiming he was on pain medication following back surgery and could not fully understand the contract he had signed. This led to a four-year legal battle.
In December 2023, a judge ruled against Westcott, determining that he had not presented sufficient evidence to prove he lacked the mental capacity to consent to the sale. Perry officially became the legal owner of the home in March 2024.
