Khloé Kardashian Reportedly Wants To Set Her Kids Up 'For Life'
An insider recently revealed some of the 40-year-old Good American founder's intentions for her children – seven-year-old daughter True and two-year-old son Tatum – both of whom she shares with ex Tristan Thompson, 34. And if we are to believe the insider, she reportedly wants to set her son and daughter up for life so they don't *have* to work when they get older, if they don't want to.
The insider told In Touch that she is working extremely hard right now on various projects to ensure her kids are "set up for life." She is reportedly also doing everything she can now as her mom Kris Jenner has warned her that the cash could stop flowing at any given moment.
"Khloé has always been a hard worker, but she really stepped into new territory this year," the source said, adding: "Not that she won't expect them to work, but she also wants that security for them."
"Kris is always reminding them that this window for cashing in could close at any moment," the source went on. "People aren't at the top of the fame food chain forever; it's actually a miracle it's lasted this long for them."
Social Media Reactions
As expected, social media had a lot of comments about Khloé's hopes for her two children, and most of them were extremely negative! "You don't see Madonna's kids doing nothing, they work. Really ridiculous parenting," slammed one Instagram user on an Ok! post.
"Terrible parenting! So much is learned by working," criticized a second, as a third concurred: "That's bad parenting to teach your children that they don't have to work. Yes they do. And so does she." A fourth chimed in: "Kids with rich parents that don't work or have purpose rarely ends well."
"Not expecting them to make their own way in this world is not good parenting. You need to work and get out in the world to appreciate what you have. Handing things to them teaches them nothing," noted a fifth IG user, as a sixth disapproving fan added: "This is a terrible idea."
