There has been speculation among fans that Meghan Markle might be using Ozempic to lose weight. However, there is no concrete evidence to support this claim, and it is unclear if the Duchess of Sussex, 42, has actually even shed a significant amount of pounds.

Weight loss drugs like semaglutide have become a common topic of discussion in relation to celebrity weight loss stories. Markle’s name has repeatedly been mentioned on social media platforms, with users speculating that she may have used Ozempic to achieve a slimmer appearance.

In recent months, rumors have circulated about the Suits alum’s weight loss, which have further fueled these speculations. Her latest public appearances at the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025’s One Year to Go celebrations and red carpet film premiere of Bob Marley: One Love have only served to intensify the discussion.

Fans Continue To Claim That Meghan Markle Is 'Taking Ozempic' After Her Latest Outings

To the surprise of fans and onlookers last month, Markle and her husband Prince Harry made an unexpected and stylish appearance on the red carpet in Kingston, Jamaica. The couple dressed to the nines for the film premiere of Bob Marley: One Love. Markle graced the event in an elegant black silk taffeta maxi skirt and a matching tank top, combining the two to create the look of a ballgown. Harry, 39, looked dapper in a dark navy suit with an unbuttoned white shirt underneath.

Soon after Markle stepped out for the gathering, several users on X (formerly Twitter), noted that she looked thinner. "Here you go, unfiltered Meghan Markle," one wrote along with an image of Markle at the premiere, adding: "Here you all go, no Photoshop, filter, just pure Ozempic." Another added: "You can see her injection sites on each side of the cupid’s bow. Fillers to smooth out some of Ozempic face."

Just a few weeks later, in celebration of the one-year countdown to the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made their way to Canada. At the Winter Training Camp this week, Markle met with athletes from various nations who will be participating in the competition exclusively for service personnel and veterans.

She sported a chic cream puffer coat and kept warm with an all-white get-up beneath it. After this appearance, one user on X wrote: "Ozempic face without all the photoshopping" as another added, along with a recent photo of her: "Ozempic face Meghan Markle."

Last summer, insiders claimed that Markle's rumored weight loss was due to stress rather than Ozempic. "When Meghan is stressed, she barely eats. Friends say she’s dropped at least 15 pounds," one source reportedly told Life & Style at the time. They added: "She doesn’t have an appetite when she’s juggling a lot."

In June of last year, Spotify ended its association with Markle and her husband, while a senior executive subsequently referred to them as "grifters." Unfortunately, her podcast was also terminated after only one season. "Meghan’s anxiety kicks in when she’s not in control," the source told Life & Style.

According to the informant, following the termination of their profitable agreement with the streaming platform, the duo displayed great enthusiasm in seeking fresh methods to cement their status as accomplished figures in the realm of Hollywood.  The insider went on: "It seems that the pressure of making her mark in Hollywood is finally getting to Meghan."

"Trying to reestablish herself, constant money problems, Harry traveling and leaving her home alone a lot — it all adds up," they continued, suggesting that her being stressed might have been why she sparked weight loss and Ozempic rumors. "She’s stressed, and friends are afraid she could be spiraling," they added at the time.
