A source close to the former Duchess of Sussex told Life & Style this past August that Meghan "barely eats" when she's stressed, because "she doesn’t have an appetite when she's juggling a lot." Meghan is reportedly "struggling to balance her time" with her family, including her son Archie, 4, and Lili, 2, and her work with the Archewell Foundation.
In Touch Weekly's source says that much of Meghan's stress may be over money, as the couples’ bills are "piling up," according to a source. "Meghan feels like she's constantly having to hustle to afford her and Harry's lifestyle," the source continued. This comes after Spotify pulled the plug on the $20M deal it had with the ex-royals' audio company, Archewell Audio.
Prince Harry thinks it could be the pressure that comes with living in Hollywood. A source said that because Harry's experiences “have made him hyper-aware of mental health red flags,” he is ready to make drastic changes to help his wife, namely, moving from Los Angeles to New York. LA "isn't the best environment for her right now," sources say, and Harry thinks NY will keep her "happy and healthy."

In the comment section of In Touch Weekly's article, many readers have claimed that Meghan is "just fine" and that her weight loss is the result of Ozempic. "She has an entire team to take care of her, I’m sure she’s fine," the user commented.
"She has been taking Ozempic," another person said plainly. "Why would she be losing weight due to stress?" one user asked. "She's got a dozen things that are about to come to fruition. She's been on two vacations in the last two months," they continued. "This is called a weight loss drug."
A reddit user thinks the actress is doing it for publicity, posting, "She's skinny because she's on Ozempic. If she's skinny, it guarantees column inches. End of story."
