Meghan Talks Self Worth

This episode was an emotional one, perhaps because Jame Kern Lima isn't just a random host—she's one of Meghan's closest friends. Wearing no makeup and sporting a pair of cozy sweats, Meghan spoke about her journey with self worth, something she's been struggling with since leaving the royal family with her husband back in 2020.

"We spend so much of our life trying to prove something," she said. "To prove that you're enough, that you're pretty enough, you have to prove that you're smart enough, a good enough wife, or friend. I was just so done with the prove it game and if you can't see it I don't have to prove it to you. That's your loss because I know that I'm a great friend and know the kind of mum I am, and the kind of human being I am."

"I know how I show up and I love being able to be that person with the people I love," she added. "Maybe part of worthiness comes when you stop having to feel like you're in the prove it game."

Meghan Tears Up

This wasn't the only emotional topic the pair discussed. Meghan shared that she writes emails to her children, Archie, 5, and Lili, 3, every day as a sort of time capsule. "I thought it was such a great time capsule to create for the them and so I created for the kids these email addresses...that I will give them at some point.

She also read a short note from her kids: "From Archie and Lili via Papa," she read. "We love your cooking. We love your pancakes and we love, love, love your hugs. ou're the best mummy and we love you."

After reading the note, she laughed, "So sweet. I also love that it's mummy, instead of mommy, which is very British." She then wiped a few tears from her eyes, saying, "I wasn't expecting this, they're just so great."
