In an interview with Fox News, the Slovenian native discussed how much her son has changed since his father's first presidential term, noting that his perspective is different now that he's older and attending college.
The first lady also revealed that Barron has become more engaged with politics and current events, sharing that he understands what's happening in the world and was heavily involved in his father's 2024 presidential campaign. According to Melania, he even suggested people his father should connect with, including YouTubers and podcast hosts.
"[Barron] was very involved in the campaign," she said. "He gave him all of the ideas of who he needs to talk to, all of these YouTubers — and you know, podcasts — so he was really a smart mind behind it."
