When Mila Kunis isn’t filming a movie, she’s apparently fielding complaints as the president of her homeowners association.
The That ’70s Show actress appeared on the Dec. 8 episode of Today, looking chic as ever in a fall-inspired outfit. She wore a dark brown sweater with an asymmetrical neckline that folded over and featured side buttons. The top was tucked into a matching pair of shorts, giving the ensemble a romper-like feel. She completed the look with sheer tights and sleek leather boots.

Kunis wore her brunette hair down in a center part and opted for a mauve lip paired with soft smoky eye makeup, adding the perfect finishing touches.
On the show, the 42-year-old opened up about the challenges of serving as president of her homeowners association. “All people do is complain. All I get is complaints all day long,” she said. “‘No one ever goes, ‘You know what? Thank you so much.’ For anything. Ever!’”
With just eight homes under her oversight, Kunis recalled how she ended up in the role in the first place. “No one else wanted it,” she emphasized. “It is a really thankless job!”
“No one acknowledges emails, by the way,” she added. “They think it’s a mass email, so I don’t get an acknowledgement. I worked hard! ChatGPT and I worked really hard at putting that email together.”

She even joked about having to enlist help from a neighbor. “Recently, I had to text my friend who lives in the neighborhood, and I was like, ‘You need to reply to my email,’” she said with a laugh, “so that I can encourage other people to acknowledge my email.”
In a Dec. 1 interview with The Wall Street Journal, Kunis explained that even being an A-list actress doesn’t prompt her neighbors to respond. “They’re desensitized,” she said.
“The funnier part is when I have to call someone to look at the road because it is eroding or something, and then they show up and start laughing. I’m like, ‘I know this is ridiculous, but please, can you give me a quote on this?’”
The Black Swan star shares daughter Wyatt, 11, and son Dimitri, 9, with husband Ashton Kutcher. She gave a rare insight into her AM routine, noting, “I wake up every day at 6:15. First thing I do is turn my alarm off. I make myself a cup of coffee and make the kids their breakfast and lunch, then Ashton takes them to the bus. It’s very laid-back.”
