According to eBay’s new shopping trend report, sales for micro purses is up 38%, and you can thank celebs like Rihanna, Bella Hadid, Kendall Jenner, as well as designers like Rebecca Minkoff (her mini MAC is cult), Gucci and more for making that happen.
While it once was a priority to find a bag that could fit all of your essential items (wallet, keys, phone, gym clothes–you name it), that’s just not the case anymore. Gone are the days of Louis Vuitton Neverfull and bottomless Goyard totes; thanks to It bags like Gucci’s Marmont and Chloe’s Mini Marcie, fashion girls everywhere are downsizing in a big way, and opting for small cross-body bags, tiny top handles and even mini backpacks.
