Women’s shoes are notoriously uncomfortable. And unhealthy, for that matter. (Just ask Victoria Beckham.) For far too long we’ve held these truths to be self-evident: wear sky-high heels until you get back problems, new shoes *always* cause blisters, and pain is beauty. All wrong.
