We get so used to seeing famous celebrities in movies and magazines that it can feel weird to see photos of how they used to look. The latest example is Nicole Kidman, who posted a throwback pic on her Instagram last week, leaving us shocked to see how much she has changed.
Nicole Kidman has been in the public spotlight for decades, so we do know how she used to look when she was younger. But we’ve forgotten how much she has changed over the years!
Kidman, 54, posted a throwback photo in honor of Father's Day last week. The post shows her posing alongside her own dad. She seems to be in her late teens or early twenties in the photo.
Kidman captioned the pic, "Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers and father figures out there. My love to these two fathers in particular."
The second photo in the post shows the actress kissing her husband, Keith Urban, with whom she shares two kids: Sunday, 12, and Faith, 10.
In the first photo from Kidman's post, the actress has curly, dirty blonde hair - a contrast from the straight, bleach blonde style we're so used to seeing her with.
Early in her career, Kidman often wore her hair curly, in either dirty blonde or strawberry blonde colors. We started seeing her sport the light blonde color in the early 2000s.
As great as she looks as a blonde, Kidman's natural hair is actually red and curly. She looks quite mature and distinguished now with the lighter color, but we love seeing these throwback pics with her natural locks!
