Nicole Kidman Arrives At The Met Gala With A Short Two-Toned Pixie Cut
The mom of four was one of the highly anticipated celebrity guests attending this year's Met Gala, as she's been very busy with several projects over the last year and is known for wearing very elegant, theme-adhering ensembles to the famous event.
This year, for the "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style" theme, she arrived at the fashion gala wearing a long, dramatic strapless black gown from Balenciaga. The gown had a cinched waist and a revealing back, showing off her slender figure. While the dress was certainly a standout, what stood out even more was her hair, which had drastically transformed.
Her signature, long blonde hair was chopped down to a short cut, somewhat like a pixie cut. Her hair was parted to the side, with one wave close to her face flowing freely and the rest slicked back.
In addition to the short haircut, the Babygirl star had brown roots growing from her head, and the pixie was two-toned, with the bottom layer of her hair dyed a brunette color. During past Met Galas, Nicole has kept her hair a light blonde color and has often worn it down, so this switch-up was quite intense, but it went over well with her fans.

As much as her fans loved the two-toned pixie cut, the actress arrived at the Academy of Country Music Awards alongside her country singer husband, Keith Urban, with her long blonde hair back intact.
Although it's unclear if the pixie cut was a wig or her current hairdo hidden under other wigs, the excited feedback from fans may convince her to commit to the chop.
