Paris Hilton Talks About Surrogacy
Embracing motherhood with pride, the 42-year-old is now a mother of two adorable children. Phoenix, her son, entered the world on January 16, while the arrival of her daughter, London, was joyfully announced on Thanksgiving Day, November 23. These precious additions to the family are shared with her husband, Carter Reum, whom she married on November, 11, 2021.
Both children were welcomed through surrogacy, a decision Paris candidly discussed in the Season 2 premiere of her show, Paris in Love.
“Surrogacy was a difficult decision to make. I would have loved that experience of growing the baby in your tummy and feeling the kicks and all of those exciting moments, but my life has just been so public. So even though the baby is biologically mine and Carter’s, we decided to have a surrogate carry him,” Paris said of her first born.
