Queen Elizabeth II wasn’t the only one who “saw right through” Meghan Markle when she started dating Prince Harry. Prince William reportedly also had his reservations about the girl his younger brother was seeing almost from the very start of their relationship, which Prince Harry even touched on in his bombshell memoir, Spare.

Kevin O’Sullivan Discusses How Prince William Reportedly ‘Saw Right Through’ Meghan Markle From The Start

The Prince of Wales’ alleged feelings about Meghan were discussed on the July 12th episode of What Just Happened? with Kevin O’Sullivan. “As Meghan Markle’s financial woes become alarmingly clear, it emerges that it wasn’t only Queen Elizabeth who cottoned on to the American actress’s elaborate plan to snare Prince Harry,” O’Sullivan began.

“Right from the outset, William, we’re told, saw right through Meghan and swiftly concluded that she had not the slightest intention of staying in the royal family for long,” he continued, adding: “And when worried Wills made his feelings clear to besotted Harry, the bitter brothers at war feud began.”

Did Meghan Markle Deceive Prince Harry When They Met?

Royal commentator Samara Gill, who was a guest on the show, didn't hold back when asked if she thought Meghan was "scheming." In her view, Meghan misled Harry from the beginning, and said: "The thing is, she sold Harry such a lie when she married him. She pretended to be this human rights activist. She pretended to be this hugely successful actress, but that's not true."

"She didn't really crack Hollywood. At the end of the day, the reality is she was a suitcase girl who got a D-list kind of job on Suits, which wasn't even a very successful cable show," Gill continued, in reference to her job on Deal or No Deal before her Suits gig. She went on: "And the fact is Hollywood is competitive. She couldn't crack that. She definitely can't crack any other market. So, I agree that she's scheming."

Referring to Meghan's current business ventures – including her As Ever lifestyle brand, formerly known as American Riviera Orchard – Gill added: "I actually don't think that there's much of a plan behind this or much depth in that woman's brain to actually sort out this billion-dollar empire that she keeps touting to everyone. It's not going to happen."

Kevin O'Sullivan And Guests Call Meghan Markle 'A C-List Schemer'

"She does scheme, but she doesn't scheme very well," O'Sullivan chimed in. "I mean, look at where she's got. I mean, this is an elaborate plan she's had for many years. She married a prince, and she thought he was a billionaire. Guess what? He's not. Uh, she's still plotting. She's still scheming, but look where she is."

"Yeah, she's a C-list schemer, isn't she? I mean, the Queen picked up on it," fellow guest 'Flash' Ash Gould said. "She was a typical schmaltzy Beverly Hills actress C-list type. She was after, you know, a sham marriage."

Samara agreed, going on to slam the With Love, Meghan star for allegedly lying about not knowing who Prince Harry was before they met. "The thing is, you're so right though. It was very obvious because you don't come into something like the royal family and start with a bunch of lies saying, 'I don't even know who you guys are. I didn't even Google Harry on the way to the date.' Come on, Meghan. Give me a break. Of course she did."
