The "Flowers" singer has had quite the busy year, as she's released a new album, Something Beautiful, with a lot of viral songs, performed across the world, and posed for some new fashion and fragrance campaigns.
Recently, she sat down for an interview with Jimmy Kimmel for his late-night talk show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, where she spoke about her exciting engagement to musician Maxx Morando, her Hannah Montana days, and more. She stunned in a chic, burgundy alligator-leather jacket and had her highlighted blonde hair in an updo.
Although her interview was engaging and her outfit was very stylish, fans were primarily focused on her smile, as every time she flashed one, she showed off her new yet more natural-looking teeth. They also thought her face looked more 'full' versus some of her previous public appearances, making for a refreshing facial transformation.

Once fans saw the Disney Channel alum's new late-night television interview, they quickly took to social media to write about how great they thought she looked, speculating that she might've reversed a few cosmetic treatments, including her alleged veneers and "buccal fat removal" procedure.
