Taylor Swift is on a roll so far this month, as the release of her new album has also marked the start of her promotional interviews and talk show appearances.

Last night, she sat down for an interview on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, where she not only opened up about her new ‘era’ and engagement, but she also wore a stunning crystal mini dress that allowed her to show off her long legs. Something that also caught people’s attention in the interview was her acknowledgement of playing the Super Bowl halftime show, which people thought she would be taking over this year, before it was announced that Bad Bunny would be the headliner instead. Read more about what she had to say below.

Taylor Swift Wears A Crystal Mini Dress On 'The Tonight Show' For An Interview With Jimmy Fallon

Last night, on October 6th, the Eras Tour star made a special appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, where she sat down for one of her more highly anticipated late-night television interviews since releasing her new 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, which has had the internet buzzing since last Friday.

The new album means the artist is entering a whole new 'era,' and it's certainly going to be a jam-packed one, especially considering she just got engaged to her NFL star boyfriend, Travis Kelce, and is attending other significant events like the wedding of her long-term best friend, Selena Gomez.

For her talk show interview, the "Midnights" singer wore an extravagant and fun crystal mini dress, which reportedly retails for $2,146. The dress had a one-shoulder silhouette and was covered in silver, metallic crystals, almost making her look like a disco ball. She paired the short dress with a coordinating pair of silver high heels and wore her hair into an elegant low bun style.

For accessories, she had on some dangly bejeweled earrings and, of course, her stunning diamond ring, which she showed off while talking to Jimmy.

Taylor Explains Why She Wouldn't Perform During The Super Bowl Halftime Show

During her late-night interview, the pop star was asked about this year's Super Bowl, which her fiancé may end up playing in, as the world has been waiting to see whether or not she was asked or agreed to perform during the halftime show.

For a few weeks, following her engagement to Travis, the internet began spreading rumors that Taylor could be slated to headline the massive event this year, and the NFL Commissioner even stated that she was "welcome anytime" to perform in the show. However, not only was Bad Bunny announced as the official headliner, but she also cleared up those rumors during her interview with Jimmy.

"I am in love with a guy who does that sport on that actual field," she said, referencing Travis. "That is violent chess. That is gladiators without swords. That is dangerous."

She continued, stating that she wanted to focus more on watching her fiancé play on the field and cheer him on, rather than spending the rest of the football season preparing for the massive performance.

"The whole season I am locked in on what that man is doing on the field," she continued. "Can you imagine if he was out there every single week, putting his life on the line, doing this very dangerous, very high-pressure, high-intensity sport, and I'm like, 'I wonder what my choreo should be?'"

She also clarified that her fiancé would love for her to do the show, but she'd rather not, emphasizing that it was all her decision.

"This has nothing to do with Travis," she noted. "He would love for me to do it. I'm just too locked in."

While many of her fans were disappointed to hear this news, some NFL fans have been showing relief, as many of them are already not into the idea of seeing more coverage of her during this year's games. Still, it sounds like she'll certainly be up in her family-viewing box, continuing to cheer on her man; she just won't be performing on the halftime stage.
