It’s official: Trader Joe’s just brought back their Pulled Jackfruit In Smoky BBQ Sauce!

In a recent Instagram post by Trader Joe’s List, the beloved item was seen back on the grocery store’s shelves. Uploaded on August 2, the caption wrote, “It’s back. Pulled Jackfruit In Smoky BBQ Sauce • $2.99 • I love green jackfruit as a meat substitute because it has a similar texture to shredded meat and when it’s paired with a sauce, [it] is delicious!”

The user added, “This is a great option if you are #vegan or if you like to enjoy meat, but some days prefer to go meatless! I received a DM today that this is [bomb]. I would recommend pairing this with coleslaw, sweet/spicy pickles and a tasty bun for a delicious sandwich!”

Priced at $2.99, this product can easily be heated in the pouch and served right away.

Shoppers are definitely looking forward to purchasing the item again as they shared their excitement in the comments section. One user mentioned, “I need to get this” while another said, “It’s back?! I’m stocking up this year. I made sliders with it last year. They were delicious.”

“My tastebuds say a resounding yes,” added another. “It’s so good,” exclaimed one user.

As a matter of fact, several people have also shared the different ways they’ve previously used the sauce for their own dishes. One shopper wrote, “I used this last year as a meat substitute in chili, it was great!” Another customer pointed out, “Going to put the leftovers in a tortilla with some pickled onions and make tacos.” Yum!

Sounds like a pretty amazing condiment. Can’t wait to try it ASAP!
