Trader Joe’s has returned the fan-favorite frosted cinnamon buns to some stores! Last week, delighted customers began commenting on a post by popular Instagram page @traderjoesobsessed, expressing where they had found the delectable desserts.

The treats boast a scrumptious cinnamon filling with a cream cheese frosting. Social media has been awash with enthusiasm from fans who have been fortunate enough to get their hands on them! Some even noted that they “hadn’t seen them in years.”

Here’s what we know about these buns and their availability in Trader Joe’s locations, so far:

Trader Joe’s Fans Are Finding Beloved Frosted Cinnamon Buns In Select US Stores

On August 3rd, the Trader Joe’s-themed IG page uploaded a photo of the buns along with other desserts found in a Portland, Oregon store. The caption read: “Look at these gems I found visiting the beautiful TJ’s in Portland, Oregon! I couldn’t resist bc in Los Angeles we don’t have a few of these baked goodies like the cinnamon buns!”

Fellow fans of the grocery chain’s desserts were quick to share their thoughts in the comment section, especially those who love the rarely found treats. “Omg my FAVE!!!” one wrote, regarding the buns, adding: “Hope they come to LA!! Need!”Another chimed in: “Haven’t seen these yet!” Someone else replied: “Wow these look good” with a heart-eyes emoji.

One customer noted that they couldn't find them on the East Coast. "A lot of those baked goods are regional!" they commented, adding: "Not sold in my upstate NY store."

Another Midwestern TJ's fan shared a similar experience: "I went to go get the cinnamon rolls today and the guy said that he doesn’t think cleveland is getting them."

Another TJ's shopper explained: "The bakery items are sourced regionally. SoCal, NorCal & the Pacific Northwest have their own suppliers."

Someone else replied, wishing that the buns would come to New York City stores as a fellow fan wrote: "I love the cinnamon buns from TJ. They are better than most bakery cinnamon buns."

The @traderjoesobsessed post also highlighted several other dessert and bakery items that fans noted were either limited-time, limited supply or seasonal.

These included mini blueberry and orange tea scones, carrot and zucchini bread, sour cream donuts, organic rosemary bread and more.

We're keeping an eye out for these during our next shopping trip!
