TikTok is full of creative, healthy fast food hacks, but one ‘delicious’ and viral high-protein option from Chick-fil-A has really caught everyone’s attention—earning rave reviews and even a perfect ’10/10′ from customers.
TikToker Lala Baptiste recently shared the viral Chick-fil-A order hack that has 530 calories and 40 grams of protein.
“I wanted something tasty but somewhat healthy,” Lala says. She starts by ordering a Kale Crunch Salad and pouring the entire thing into a bowl. Next, she grabs a 3-count order of chicken strips and breaks them up in the Chick-fil-A cup.
“Yes, you could do nuggets. If you want to be even healthier, you could do grilled or a patty, but I love the chicken strips,” she says.
She then drizzles her favorite sauces over the chicken and mixes it all together. Once it’s well coated, she adds the chicken to the kale salad, tops it with roasted almonds, and finishes it off with a bit more sauce.
