Instagram user @DoItOnADime found the dupe, and shared it with her 403K followers on Instagram, along with other low-cost Walmart dupes. To show the dupe, she first filmed the Walmart version of the slippers in the store. They’re the slip on kind in a light tan shade, and have a 2-inch platform.
In the next clip, she shows herself in the mirror with the original Ugg slipper on one foot and the Walmart dupe on the other, and you really can’t tell a difference! She then pointed out that the Ugg brand of the slipper sells for anywhere between $90 and $100, which is a lot of cash to drop on a pair of slippers. At Walmart, you can get the same look and feel of an authentic Ugg slipper for only $19!
