I don’t know about you, but I always lose track of shopping deals that flood my inbox. I get so many each day that they get lost in one another. Then when I actually want to use one of these deals, I stand at the register of a store scrolling through my email trying to find the promo code to show the sales associate. Finally, after much frustration, I heard about this genius app called
Shopami. Fun fact: “ami” in French means friend so the app’s name literally translates to “shop friend” and who doesn’t want a shopping buddy?! How does Shopami work?
Once you download the app from iTunes or Google Play, just enter the email address (you can enter multiple accounts) you use to receive offers from your favorite stores. With your permission, Shopami will use your location and send alerts when you’re near a store currently running an offer. If you don’t want alerts, you can turn off the notifications but be sure to check the app before you shop so you don’t miss out on any offers!
Shopami will organize all your recent offers right from your inbox. Even though not every single retail store is supported by the app, there are a lot of major ones that are. For instance, J.Crew, Anthropologie, Madewell, Victoria’s Secret, Nordstrom, Banana Republic, Lululemon are all supported, just to name a few. Shopami will also let you know when an offer is going to expire so you’ll never miss an opportunity to save money!
