1. Age is just a number
On your birthday every year, there’s at least one person that says, “So how does it feel?” Turning 30 is no different from turning 29. It feels exactly the same. It’s not the number that defines who you are but your attitude about it. Instead of being disappointed in the number on your birthday cake, be grateful for another year of life.

2. You learn to practice self-care
If you’ve learned anything over the past 30 years, it’s that you come first. You deserve to treat yourself well and take care yourself when you need to. No one is going to remind you. It could be the smallest things like eating a salad or taking a bath. Do at least one thing that makes you feel good every day.

3. You are more confident
Confidence grows as you do. By 30, you know yourself best and hopefully you’re accepting of who you are. This doesn’t mean you always feel confident. Everyone has hard days and those unfortunately don’t go away with age. However at 30, you know you're worth and that’s all that matters.
