Splurging on the occasional item is a necessary evil in having a great wardrobe--sometimes it's not financially the best idea, but if you want to look *fabulous* you can't wear head-to-toe Forever 21 all the time. Today's splurge suggestion? A bell sleeve coat from the likes of Milly or Derek Lam. You already know that bell sleeves are huge for fall, and the trend extends to outerwear (it's not just tops!). These coats are home runs--they look polished, sophisticated, expensive, cool. If you buy one now, you'll be able to wear it all fall and winter. If you do the fashion math, that ends up being pretty affordable per wear.
