Adriana Lima absolutely owned the Cannes Film Festival red carpet as she posed for photos in a gorgeous black gown that emphasized her baby bump. The former Victoria’s Secret Angel, 40, donned a custom dress by Balmain’s Olivier Rousteing that featured flowy, wrapped fabric, long sleeves, a v-neck and a center cut-out that drew emphasis to her pregnant belly. Lima paired her floor-length item with matching glamorous black sandal heels and went for a minimal look regarding accessories, slipping on a few rings, but mainly letting her maternity moment be the center focus. At the festival, the Brazilian model attended the world premiere of Top Gun: Maverick with her boyfriend, American film producer Andre Lemmers by her side. She is currently pregnant with her third child (and first with Lemmers). She also shares 2 daughters: Valentina, 12, and Sienna, 9 with her ex-husband, Serbian basketball player Marko Jarić.
On the red carpet, Lima smiled for photos and was seen sweetly cradling her stomach along with Lemmers. She shared her look with her 14.4 million Instagram followers in a breathtaking post that a garnered thousands of likes and comments from fans. In her caption, Lima thanked Rihanna for “opening the door” for glamorous maternity wear and inspiring her to rock an ensemble that drew attention to (rather than concealed or downplayed) her stomach.
